The raw material mill has the characteristics of strong adaptability to materials, continuous production, large crushing ratio, and easy adjustment of the fineness of the milled product.
The raw material mill usually adopts the edge transmission method. The material to be milled is continuously and uniformly fed into the raw material mill through the feeder. The motor drives the mill barrel to rotate through the reducer. The material first enters the first grinding chamber along the hollow shaft. The steel ball media and materials in the mill are subjected to friction and centrifugal force due to the rotation of the cylinder. After the material is brought to a certain height under the action of the centrifugal force, the material curtain is thrown and spattered, and then it is ground by the ball The crushed finished product is discharged from the mill and the qualified materials are selected by the sorting equipment. The unqualified materials in the circulating grinding system continue to return to the mill and are beaten and ground by the grinding body until the fineness is qualified.
1. Insulation measures are adopted in the raw material mill, and the drying capacity of the materials reaches 6% to 8%.
2. A unique streamlined design is adopted, which reduces the ventilation resistance, increases the effective volume, is easy to discharge, and improves the output of the mill.
3. The mill has a single silo structure, and the combined design of the grinding lining board adopts different lining board structures for different stages in the raw material grinding, which greatly improves the grinding efficiency.
4. The raw material mill has the characteristics of strong adaptability to materials, continuous production, large crushing ratio, and easy adjustment of the fineness of the milled product.
5. The raw material mill can be used for dry production or wet production, and can be operated simultaneously with grinding and drying. In addition, it can also be used for open-flow grinding, which has a wide range of use and easy operation.
