        Working principle of high-efficiency fine crusher     

    

        The main working part of an efficient fine crusher is a rotor with a hammer head. The rotor is composed of a main shaft, a disc, a pin shaft, a hammer handle and a hammer head. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed in the crushing cavity. The material enters the machine from the upper feeding port and is broken by the impact, impact, shearing and grinding action of the high-speed moving hammer head. There is an impact plate on the upper part of the rotor, an impact plate on the rear of the rotor, and a screen on the lower part of the rotor. In the crushed material, the particle size smaller than the size of the sieve is discharged through the sieve plate.
